I gave it a shot

This hotel surprised me with its tranquil ambiance and cute staff. The mountain view from the room was amazing, and the on-site breakfast provided a good start to the day. The pool area was a perfect spot for unwind after a day exploring. Enjoying time with my family made it all the more nice.

lack of soap in washrooms

The corner room offered a lovely breeze from the two opening windows.

The reception toilets had no hand soap for at least 3 days, indicating a cleanliness issue.

the room was perfectly clean and warm with flaky air, unsweet bathroom plus a double bed as described. the staff members were all nice and helpful. the location was excellent, for example, taourirt kasbah monument was within walking distance of the hotel.

Nice place with fast wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me with evening plans. I highly recommend relaxing by the pool with a drink. I'm coming back for another trip.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend getaway in Ouarzazate with very nice value for money. The pool area was nice but overcrowded, which still made for a good time. Avoid the bar during peak hours to ensure you get served quickly.

Breakfast featured fresh pastries, and it felt substantial enough to start my day. The pool area impressed me with comfy loungers that were perfect. I faced issues with the AC, which didn't cool the room effectively during hot nights. The lighting in the room felt too dim, impacting my comfort. The shower layout caused water to spill into the rest of the bathroom. These factors detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
